Ripoff of the 70's misinformation poor service charged almost $300, have no cd's and they have been NO HELP whatsoever Georgetown Ontario

I am very upset. I ordered the Time Life 'Hits of the 70's' and then the very next morning changed my mind. When I called the 1-800 number I was told that it was too late, the order had been shipped, and I would have to wait until it arrived to return it. So it came, and I paid another amount to have it sent back. I waited and when my credit card statement came in I had been charged, but not given the refunded amount. I called and was told it could take up to 4 weeks for the order to be processed. I waited, and e-mailed. I was told that it still had not arrived. So I e-mailed some more and was given the standard response that it was going to happen, but it takes time. Now I am being told that too much time has passed. AND that they never received the item back! So I am being charged almost $300, have no cd's and they have been NO HELP whatsoever. To top it off, they call to see how I am enjoying my cd's. If anyone out there is considering buying from Time Life... DON'T DO IT!!! They do not care about the customer, they just want to make money!
