CHARGED CREDIT CARD, 12-07-Never got order. They kept saying backordered, now no response Internet

Ordered Dean Martin DVD's on Dec 10th.

They charged my credit card two days later more then the amount listed..

I waited a month and E-Mailed them and they kept saying my order was backordered.

After two monthes I called telephone # and was told order was still backordered.

After another E-Mail to them, they said order was still backordered and they would not charge credit card till order was in.

I E-Mailed them and told them they had already charged my card. NO RESPONSE!!!

I called my credit card Co. And they advised me to cancell my card and they issued me a new one. I also filed Mastercard transaction Dispute form at there request.

I have E-Mailed TVDVD several times since but get NO RESPONSE.
