Time Life
WC Value Plus Charged for service not requested and not rended

I was charged $24.95 on my credit card without my authorization and with no request from me for service. The only indication on my statement was WC Value Plus. I received absolutely nothing from this outfit, correspondence or merchandise.
I called Value Plus and was told they could cancel my membership but could not refund my money. They could not even tell me with who or in what I had a membership. It all originated from a Time Life order that I had placed for music CD's and later cancelled. Time Life gave my information and credit card number to a second and third party who charged my credit card which to me, is theft/fraud as my permission was not given. I consider this an outrageious scam.
My advice to anyone that reads this is to not order anything from Time Life.
