Mistreated and ripped off a customer not sending products and never put credit back

First time, I ordered Diet ZX in July. That time, I received products in time and did not have any problem. However, I started having so many problems with this company after I made an order second time.

I used internet to make an order second time. This was in February. Everything went through smoothly without any problem. I still have copies of order confirmation. I waited for 4 weeks as they told in e-mail but I did not receive anything did not see a charge at all. Then, I called and asked about my order status. The person told me that there was no order by me. I was upset a little and made an order again.

After this order, I saw that I was charged $72.90 in my creadit card bill for AB Energizer which I have never ever ordered. I e-mailed about this matter. I got a response and was told that they cancel the order and would give me $72.90 credit back. But, it would take several billing cycle.

I called 1-800# to order Diet ZX on MArch 15. The guy was very friendly and told me that I should call them back if I would not receive anything in a month.

I called today, April 16 about my order as I was told last time. The person who answered the call was Bob. He told me that my order was canceled somehow. It is impossible. I have never called to cancel my order. I was very upset and demanded him when I will receive products for sure since I waited a month for them. He told me to wait 7 to 10 days more. However, he could not tell me I would receive products within 7 to 10 days for sure. He did not want to say it because he did not want me to call them again about this matter after a week or so. What kind of customer service is this??? I asked him that I wanted to talk to his supervisor. He became very upset and kept telling me that he was there for me to take care of this matter. He did not let me talk to his supervisor at all.

I did not demand him anymore after that. Because I was so sure that he would not be any help at all. I really do not know what I will do now and should do to take care of this matter. But, sure, I will get money back for $72.90 and $55.60 at least.

I will write a report to my credit card company to dispute a charge. I will let them take care of $72.90 for me. Whatever this company, Diet ZX or VitaFree has been doing is totally worng. I saw so many reports. Then, I thought that we should do something to them. Hope some legal or consumer agencies will find all reports about VitaFree and stand up for us...
