New company less than 2 months old, 26 complants concerning items not shippped and no correspondance with sell buyers

I have dealt with an ebay account seller, at which time her feedback score had no negitive reports. As she opened this ebay store less than two months ago, and had possitive feedback for the first month it makes me wonder what her intentions were from the start. 26 complants have been filed all basicly saying the same thing item not shipped no responce from seller.

As I have sent payment for item that closed November 15. I have emailed a number of times and tryed phoning a number of times also. With no responce from seller.

Just wondering how many more people will send in their hard earned momey before a stop is put to this!
