Illegal Evictions, Harrassement, Causes Homelessness Ripoff

This Corporation is a Profit Motivated Investment Corp. That uses Unethical Business Practices and Illegal methods for Profit. I was sucessully evicted after the company gave me a 3-day notice for about 2 1/2 times what I actually owed in rent, late fees and "legal" fees. I was 2 weeks late at that time due to unforseen financial hardship. I was unable to make arrangemnents since no one in the management office has the authority to make financial arrangements and they wouldn't accept partial payments. I ended up in court with a judgement against me for about 4 times what I owed in rent and late fees due to padding of the bill for "legal" fees and aditional late fees and other fees and was evicted. I filed Bankruptcy after about a year while living in my car on the street since I couldn't rent anything due to my eviction and the fact that I couldn't come up with the move in cost with an eviction on my record. Throughout the Bakruptcy proceedings and after the Discharge this company has sent me threatening letters. It's been going on for almost 2 years now. I have asked them nemerous times to stop harrassing me, but it still continues. This case happened in Washington State but this company is a Nationwide Property Ivestment Trust. It's companies like this that have no regard for human life only the bottom line profit that cause and increase homelessness.
