Jim April Weeks Filed unclaimed item dispute on ebay after receiving payment and shipping item. Bad seller! Fraud alert! Avoid!

I purchased an item on eBay from dvdwizards and after nearly a month with no item, I filed a claim with PayPal. Upon FIANLLY receiving the item, I closed the claim and left feedback for the seller. The seller did not like my truthful feedback and opened a retaliatory Unpaid Item Dispute against me.
When I originally opened the claim, he did not email me, he called me and left a nasty voicemail stating that he was 'Jim from Fraud Management at dvdwizards' and thought someone had stolen my eBay account and to get ahold of him ASAP. I emailed him and said that I got his message, told him that no one had broken into my account and that I will close the claim when I receive the item, which I did. That is when he filed the Unpaid Item Dispute.
He is clearly abusing the Non-Paid Item Dispute Policy on eBay and that is why I am filing this complaint today.
