Jamestown Apts of Saint Matthews - Brookside Properties Unethical Rental Practices ripoff

As a five year resident, since the new mgt company has been in charge I have experienced Fraud, and Unethical business practices. I have submitted repair requests to the mgt office in Jan 05; March 05; April 05; June 05; July 05; Sept 05; Oct 05; Nov 05; and Dec 05.

Most contain the same problems and requests ranging from: leak in ceiling from upstairs bathroom which only gets worse on a daily basis. There is mold forming and I am begining to develop a serious respiratory condition. The air conditioner went out in june. They did replace it but no cool air and the electrical conections are not up to code.in the first part of the year was told that the shed in the backyard was going to be rebuilt and removed my property only to come home to find a fence there and no storage shed.

There was a utility company in GA handling the water charges and Gas charges. The property mgt has taken over and violated the rental agreement by not providing the actual usage charges but instead taking the usage from the whole bldg and dividing it up between the residents. This has been confirmed by a member of the office staff and a member of their incompetent maintenance staff.

The furnace has gone out three times even as I am writing this. The heat won't come on and it is 23 degrees outside. I have called the maintenance pager five times since 6:30 this evening and no response. There are many more problems and things going on here with this Property management company. I hope someone can help me here.

I want things to be fixed correctly. The Manager is Jason. He is the worst excuse for a Mgr to ever exist. The head Maint Person is Kevin and couldn't replace a light bulb even with someone holding his hand. Someone please help me!!!
