As a current tenant of Brookside villas aka The Park at Idlewild. I have unfortunately been a tenant of this slum. A water leak took over 1 year to fix through the course of many maintenance people. Other requests get ignored. 2 weeks would be a miracle. Kitchen is a 1970's nightmare. There is always garbage all over from the unsupervised rug-rats, over flowing dumpster and people to stupid to put it in there.in front or on the side does not count!
They are currently in foreclosure and have lost all other properties.

The wall fell down and exposed BLACK MOLD! All they did was cover it with new drywall. Not important to them.
