If you do he will Not do the job you contracted him to do!

I fired him once and unfortunately make a decision to take him back after he came into my office and begged me to give him another chance he told me he would be personally be working on each of my property
owner's lawns. This was not the case because after a couple of weeks of cutting the lawns of our 56 properties he let his $8 an hour employee do the work.

* By the way I found out that he is paying his employee CASH and he works off the books instead of paying the employee's taxes*

Jay Shorter hates working on inner City of Rochester Rental houses and looks down on the residents of our Rental properties calling our properties Trash properties and calling me a slum Lord.
