Wells Fargo Acceptance
Insurance charge over $800 and paid-in-full letter delayed after loan payoff

I paid off my loan with this company, Wells Fargo Acceptance, two weeks ago, and they keep claiming they haven't received the check. I feel that this is impossible. It should not take over two weeks to receive the check and send a paid in full letter. This company has, also, charged me over $800 for insurance because they claimed that the insurance on the car was cancelled. This was not true, my insurance on that car was never cancelled by my insurance company.

I feel that this company is not aboveboard. I am so glad that I was able to pay off the loan, and be rid of them. All I want is my papers saying that the loan was paid. Is that asking to much?
