Ripoff Taking car payment and putting it on insurance they took out saying I didn't have ins

They took insurance out on my car saying that I did not have any, and the money there paying it with is my car payment money and saying I am late on my car payments now because of it. My insurance company sent them the papers showing insurance on it twice now. The car dealership did when I got the car now my girlfriend has even sent then a copy of the insurance card with the effective day circled so they can see that it's covered. My coverage is for six months at a time so she maded sure she sent the one that had the date I bought the car.
