Wells Fargo - Balboa Insurance
Wells Fargo charged me with extra insurance through Balboa even though I have other insurance ripoff Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Like most car companies, before you drive off the lot you have to provide insurance. Well according to Wells Fargo they never received any kind of insurance through me or from my insurance company. My insurance company and myself has sent at least 4 email or/and faxes to Wells Fargo to show proof of insurance but here it is Jun 07 and they still claim they do not have anything.

So this past May get in contact with Balboa Insurance whom, Wells Fargo got insurance coverage for me without any consent from me, sending them a copy of all my past receipts of payment from my insurance company in addition to all my insurance paperwork to prove that I had insurance but no one has returned any of my messages.

In the mean time Wells Fargo consistently calls me, sometimes leaving rude messages because they want me to pay the extra insurance cost that Balboa charges them with and I just refuse to do it. I am a single parent with no support and one of there representatives tells he that he didnt car about me paying extra cost, that I better pay the extra insurance because it would take another month before Balboa process all my paperwork or they will repossess that vehicle.
