RIPOFF Bogus Fees What is the deposit for? Charges YOU for lead testing Dundalk

What is a deposit for? Isn't a deposit for any wear and tear or damages to an apartment? I left a $400.00 deposit, and one small hole in the wall, the cost of the "Damage" was $70.00. So they have been paid $470.00.
Now they have turned me over to a collection agency for 800.00 more.

A hundred dollars to change a lock, another hundred for trash disposal (there was not any trash to be disposed of), "5.00 to repaint. Really did it cost that much to fix that small hole? $150.00 for common lead testing? Now, WHAT do I have to do with lead testing.

Somebody needs to stop letting landowners and rental companies screw us over and over. Rent is already high enough, credit so hard to maintain and these theiving jerks are charging us fees for anything they want to and there is really nothing you can do about it!
