Ripoff, Negative, Neglects Customer Service

I purchased 2 band shirts and a belt. My total came out to $67.01. My order was made 1/21 6:11: 10 PM. I paid $12.95 for shipping and handling for FedEx 2nd Day.

After almost a week of my items not coming in the mail, I called bodyPUNKS! And asked them what's the problem. They ran out of one of my good charlotte shirts and a belt. I told them to send any good charlotte shirt and return my belt, and my money would be placed back into my account. The man who picked up the phone, told me her would credit me back my money.

To this day, I have called and sent tons of emails to almost every email bodyPUNKS has, and no one has responded. I would like my $19.95 back for the belt A.S.A. P and my shipping and handling back.

Please help me in getting this issue resolved.
