Was told that the part was in stock but there was no disclosure to a $25 shipping charge across town for a 2 pound package

I called the 800 number for Turf star to place an order for a PTO belt for my Toro Mower. I asked if the belt was in stock and I was told it was. I was not told that the belt was in stock in fresno and that there was a twenty-five dollar shipping charge for this item. I wasn't even told the charge of the belt.
