On 12-15-11, I placed an order for a 140 inch long, black seatbelt. I paid for 3 day special shipping and handling. On 12-19-11, I received a tan 120 inch belt from them, which was not what I ordered. I called and spoke to a person named Dave, who spoke to a manager and he said to send it back and they would refund my shipping costs.

I sent it back on 12-20-11 at a cost of $10.05 for 3 day shipping and delivery confirmation. Dave called on 12-23-11 and spoke about sending the correct parts and I reminded him about my shipping costs, since it was not my mistake.

I received the second order on 12-26-11 and the seatbelt was correct, but the male part of the belt was wider than the receiver part of the belt and would not connect. I even had a co-worker try it and it would not work. I tried to email Dave but did not get a reply. I called and told him about the problem and he couldn't imagine what was wrong. He looked at several belts that worked and then he found one like mine that was wider.

I told him all I wanted was a piece that would work with the seat belt. There are 2 parts to this set, a belt, and the stem that has a buckle that latches to the belt. Dave told me the manager (Gerald) said not to spend any more time looking for a part to make this work and to send this second belt back and they would put my initial purchase back on the card and send me payment for two shipping charges back to them.

So I spend $10.05 again with 3 day shipping and delivery confirmation. The package was delivered back to them on 12-31-11 at 11:10am. As of this writing (2-11-12), I have not received any payment or had any response from them. They also have not responded to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau.
