Flex Belt Nightmare - Slendertone Flex Belt Customer Service

I tried to order a uni-sex flexbelt from the website and encountered a blank screen at the end of the process. I tried again and got the same result. I called & left a message, sent an email without response and finally, three days later, tried again only to get the same blank screen without order confirmation. I sent another email about the problems I had and still got no response. Well, 3 days later I got 2 flexbelts and one invoice for future ship. My credit card was billed for all 3 and I was horrified. I called immediately to report the problem and got a CHILLY response from customer service. They said they would credit the one that was an invoice only and I could refuse the other one with a credit in 7-10 days of receipt. This is where the nightmare customer service issue comes in; they would NOT credit the full amount and subtracted shipping and handling because I ordered online. Had I ordered over the phone I would have been refunded the full amount. I was furious and asked to speak with a supervisor but NEVER got a call back

(2 weeks). I was told she wasn't there, then that she was sick and then they still would only credit me back half of the shipping. I had intended to keep one of the belts because the product is awesome but after dealing with the robotic customer service repsone and refusal to look at the issue and see that it was a mistake I told them I was sending all of the product back and they said fine. So, this company would rather keep 7.95 of my money and act like A-holes to their customers than sell 199.00 worth of product. That just makes no sense to me. You can get the same product on Amazon for much less money and that is where I should have gone in the first place. This Good Health Inc.in NM sells a UNISEX brand of the Slendertone Flex Belt that they say is specially made for them. They lost my business and its too bad because, like I sad, the product is awesome and I love it! Here I come Amazon!
