Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

I order $80.95 worth of stuff from BodyPunks on Jan 27th. They took the $80.95 from my credit card within the first week and I still have not received my stuff and it's Feb 28th. They will not reply to my emails and I have not been able to get through by phone. They have the worst custumer service.
