Ripoff dishonest liars theives

On january 19 i recieved my income taxes and since i was behind on my military star card, i decided to go to the fort drum affes and put 300 dollars towards the bill. I hadent paid it in a couple months i overdrew my credit limit. But the 300 dollars would take me up to date and then some. So i asked when will the payment be updated? They told me it could take up to 72 hours to hit the account i said ok and thought nothing of it for awhile. I went back about six days later bacause i had called the number on the back of the card and they said it still wasnt showing a payment made. So i go back there again and ask why hasnt it shown up on my account yet. She said the computer may be down, it is showing up on our compters though. That the payment was made dont worry it will be there soon, so afetr about 5 or 6 times of this run around bullshit i go back tonight to cash a personal check thinking everything was straight. They told me we cannot cash a personal check unless your military star card is up to date. Here we go again so yet again i go back to customer service at fort drum affes and they told me now the payment wasnt even showing up at all!!! Come on now the military just lost 300 dollars. I said how come it showed up the other day now it isnt at all. They said there is nothing we can do about it if you do not have your recipt. I said well i dont have it with me i didnt think i would need it. Ill be honest i do not know where the recipt is i have been looking all night. So now i didnt make a payment at all according to them. I do have a bank statemnt i decribed the guy who took my payment they said well we dont have anyone that fits that discription back here. Ok so now im a liar too i guess. Then i stated that i dont remember getting a recipt. Because i dont but i wont swear on it i do remember getting the credit card recipt i used to pay it with but not the actuall recipt. So i told them that. Then they said wer always give people recipts yet no one but us was at the counter at the time and there was a whole bunch of recipts hanging off thier machine as she was ripping the recipts off did she say we give everyone recipts. So now i am out 300 dollars i have no proof i made the payment unless i can find the recipt. I have the bank statement but it may be to vague to use i am calling my bank to request it. So what can i do who do i go to? If anyone knows please let me. Know also so you arent the next, keep your recipt when making a payment on your military star card.
