Lavender order not delivered on time, seller unprofessional

I ordered some lavender in bulk on Jan. 15th, and asked that I receive it by Jan. 22nd.
The seller said that she sent it by two day delivery on Jan. 22nd. It is now Jan. 25th and I still have not received the item, which I need for a bridal shower tomorrow.
After requesting an explanation, she said I was "ungrateful and unhappy".
I do intend to write a review.
