Delivery not received as requested, unprofessional responses from seller - Seller-Atelier Emma Rose on Etsy.com

I ordered some lavender in bulk on Jan. 15th, and asked that I receive it by Jan. 22nd.
The seller said that she sent it two day delivery on Jan. 22nd. It is now Jan. 25th and I still have not received the item which I need for a bridal shower tomorrow.
After requesting an explanation she said I was "ungrateful and unhappy"
I do intend to write a review.
