Etsy Anchorheartsbows never received item, seller does not respond to emals

I order a t shirt for my daughter for Christmas... I ordered it in plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas day. I started emailing the seller, Anchorheartsbows, for a tracking number... I finally received the tracking number, but no shirt. When I clicked on the tracking number, it was obvious that as of today, December 29th, the shirt still has not been shipped. The seller ignores my emails, and Etsy does nothing to advocated for its buyers.

I do not recommend buying or selling on Etsy.
