ETSY allows scamming sellers - poor customer service

I'm sure there are wonderful honest sellers on ETSY. My seller was NOT! I never received my item, and exercised so much patience that too much time had passed for PAYPAL to help me. ETSY itself seems more geared toward seller protection, They were of no help to me at all. The seller was even allowed to cancel my transaction (after I had already received a supposed shipment confirmation). This resulted in me not being able to leave feedback as well!
