Replacement Kindle Arrived Within Five Days of My Call

I phoned Amazon about a minor problem with my Kindle which I had bought in Nov. From my phone call of /- 7min until I received my replacement Kindle was 5 days and that includes a hold up at customs in SA.
They sent me an e-mail with the relevant info, packing documents to send my old Kindle back with UPS.
Now that is service, what a pleasant experience.
