I phoned Amazon about a minor problem with my Kindle which I had bought in Nov. From my phone call of /- 7min until I received my replacement kindle was 5days and that includes a hold up at customs in SA.
They send me an e-mail with the relevant info, packing documents to send my old kindle back with ups.
Now that is service, what a pleasant experience.
Amazon rocks.
