Kindle Replaced After Refusing to Charge

My Kindle of one year was refusing to charge. After going online and chatted to a consultant Nisha, I was advised my kindle will be replaced. The order was placed and tracking number emailed to me. I was also sent the details to send my defective kindle to Amazon.
