The Worst Chicken Wings Eve

I purchased a 4 pound bag of Winter Creek chicken wings yesterday as I was catering my grandson's 18th birthday party. The bag promised 1st & 2nd sections. Unfortunately, there were also several inedible 3rd sections and some pieces that looked like no chicken wing I have ever seen before. And the feathers! Lord, the feathers. There was quite the little pile after I plucked them all. Never again! I will stick to known brands or the ones in the fresh meat section. These were certainly no bargain!
