6 months of rescheduling and blowing off the IRS we needed a solution. They would cancel and reschedule appointments without telling us, dragged it out, Carol told us we got $4000.00 for $39.95 in accounting they literally did noting but piss the agent off. She was arrogant, dismissive, abrasive and that was on a good day. We were not accountants, but do the math 5,000, 000 people using turbo tax 1/2 use them as a back up and never need it Bernie Madoff has nothing on these scum. Held us hostage for 6 months did nothing and blew off the agent at the end, we thought we were screwed but we are not. We were not wrong to begin with so they made us feel like incompetent cheats and imbeciles. Do not use them waste of money!
