I paid for and have a reciept from Turbo Tax as paying for a 201o Audit Defense from TRI.in 6 I get an IRS audit letter, and call TRI as per their instructions. They tell me that I the reciept from Turbo tax (which I have faxed them) is not good enough, I need to send them my bank records showing that the money was taken out of my account???

They offer to re-sell me another membership for the same price. WTF!!!
