Do NOT ever use this company for web design. A few years back, Bachir Kassir (one of the designers) started working on my site. Then he asked me how I liked the work so far. I said "So far, very good". He took that statement as a grounds that he was finished and did not complete the work on the site. I asked him why he didn't continue, and he said he believed I was pleased with the work. I got angry and told him that I wanted my $850 payment back since the site was not functional, and that's when his female partner at the company got on the phone and told me that nobody gets a refund.

I then demanded to at least get the log-in information for my domain name. They basically refused to give me that info and held my domain name hostage for 2 years!!! These people are ruthless and are only out to screw people out of their money like Bernie Madoff. They simultaneously did the same thing to a friend of mine who hosted a site through their company.

DO NOT use this company for any sort of e-commerce as they will rip you off too. So please, AVOID these guys like the plague.
