I had service tech out to fix parents oven we purchased from sears technician was great policy of sears isn't my parents are both senior citizens live alone they no longrer drive both have valid mass id cards plus passports and you would not take check from them they dont have cash or credit cards elderly couple pay everything by checks you only accept check if someone has license they are 80 no longer drive I will be filing a consumer complaint regarding your policy mass id is valid form of id it should be accept from everyone not every drives we will longer purchase anything from your company and I will be looking into formal complaints there mass id with check should of been accepted it is every place else elderly commission gonna look into too
