Appointment ELITE Kenmore microwave repair NO SHOW - Kenmore Elite Microwave

Got written and "robo" call confirmation of appointment for 8a-noon on 10/23. After waiting until 2pm, began calling them - they didn't even own up to NOT Showing up. "Next available appointment" is 2 weeks out. First claimed we weren't home and that they called - LIES, we have VOIP with call logging proving their lie. This is garbage customer service. Will not deal with Sears for any future purchase.
