I used mr sandless of pittsburgh. That was a big mistake. My floors look like crap. They look worse than when they started. If you use them and you are not happy with the work it does not matter you still have to pay them because they will threaten to put a lein on your house. The day before they came my painter just finished painting. Now that they are done i have stain half way up my walls in every room. All of my trim has stain on it. Even my bathroom floor. The even broke a floor board. Now it going to cost me about $5000 to get everything repaired that they messed up. Thats ok because i will see you in court.
