Mike Backhus did our floors on 12/02/08. He did a poor job. Leaving ripples and dirt in the finish. We called him back and he tried to fix the marks but ended up leaving spots from his dripping sweat and more dirt in the finish. We called the main Mr. Sandless office and they said he is no longer in bussiness. Mike told us there was a 5 year warranty even if he did not have the franchise. The main company said it is not their fault and Mike is responable to fix the problem. Mike lost his franchise, now the comany will not honor the warranty.
