A third-party company, Bullroar, charged my cell phone $9.99 in February WITHOUT my permission. I%u2019ve been fighting with T-Mobile since the first week of March to remove this charge. THEY REFUSED to remove it. They gave me some weak excuse and told me that I had to contact this company for the refund. Called them back today, now they have a real mealy %u2013mouth excuse that they have %u2018applied for a refund%u2019 to the company that they allowed to charge me the fee, but I can%u2019t get this unless the other company sends it to T-Mobile. This is indeed BULL; both of these companies have CHEATED me! I%u2019ve been a customer of these fools (T-Mobile) for over 6 years. Their service has gone to HELL in the last year. Beware of t-mobile. They do not value their customers!!!
