I had ordered Sony Xperia Z LTE C6603 on 12-Aug and it is now 10 days that there is no sign of order being dispatched.
I dont understand what on earth are you guys so busy with; when you are not even half the size of Amazon.com
So many phone calls and so many messages, and only one verbatim response is received with no intimation whatsoever on the dispatch
"We are experiencing slight backlog at this time but anticipate dispatch in the coming days. Thank you for your patience.",

Just an addition of a SanDisk 4GB microSDHC Memory Card does not do me any good.
This is really an awful way of customer service, order fulfilment and provisioning. This phone was supposed to be given as a gift on 27-Aug, and hence had ordered 2 weeks in advance; and I yet do not see any hopes of it getting dispatched.
