8 months late delivery - no response on request

I ordered a book An Analytical study of words on February 12 of this year 2013. The money came off my credit card and delivery estimate time was between Mar 15 and Apr 16. It is now September and still no book. When i reached out to Amazon to complain I received the following response:

- This is unacceptable. I have been robbed of my money and would them to solve this situation or give me a refund or voucher.
