Ordered in May, still not received

Having ordered a pet car barrier on 4th May that was to be delivered 'within 12 working days from 13th May' I've still not received it.
I've contacted the Groupon Customer Support on several occassions: on 19th June I was told 'you will received your product in the coming days, on 9th July 'we confirm that the delivery is in progress', 20th July ' we inform you that we don't know when it will be delivered but be assured that the delivery is in progress', 3rd August 'It would seem that the supplier has loaded the list of orders and this means that the orders are in the process of being delivered'. And all this froma company called 'Topinternet sales'
This isn't the only occassion that I've had problems. I bought a microSDHC card and get sent an SDHC card. 2 Watchbot cameras but only 1 delivered on time. Philipps lamp ordered but delivered 6 weeks after the expected date.
Shocking service and clearly a Customer Support that can do nothing but defend their suppliers. When/if I finally receive the last order I am finished with Groupon.
I advise everyone that if you want to avoid hassle then you avoid groupon
