Ordered fairy lights online on 29 April. Payed a lot extra for express international delivery, as I needed the lights for a function mid May. Checked my account with Costdot on 6 May, and see items still not dispatched. Send email immediately, requesting for order to be cancelled as would not arrive in time for the function.

After two days get a reply from China, saying dispatch delayed as my credit card providers were reluctant to release money because several countries involved. Asking me to send copy of both sides of my VISA cart to speed up transaction. Money was paid from my account immediately, and my bank has not contacted me regarding any irregularities. Then thanking me for my patience, telling me I would be informed nce goods dispatched!

My request to cancel order and refund, as items stillnot dispatched 12 days after expres delivery was pais for, completely ignored.
