Long Waits and Unequal Treatment at Utica and Lenox Branch

I went here to sign up for overdraft protection, but the customer service there is terrible. They try to seem nice, but in reality they let you wait forever. If you come in wearing something like sweatpants and have been waiting for some time, and somebody in a suit comes in after you, they take the person in the suit before you, even though you were waiting about 30 minutes. They discriminate on so many levels.
