I charged $99 for a service I never received. The company was shut down by the govt. As a ponzi scheme. I contacted Citibank immediately. They had me submit details to them twice, then recharged my account claiming I never sent them anything. Losing my paperwork once, maybe. Losing it twice, no way. Citibank is as bad as the ponzi scheme. Don't do business with them.
