I have been in FYE, ONE TIME EVER, to buy a dvd, the associate asked me if I would like to sign up for their FREE rewards program, never once mentioning any monthly fee's and such, I questioned once or twice the charges in my account but thought it was something else (forgetting I hade even been in the store before or what FYE meant) now 6 months later I decided to look into this infamous FYE BSP FYE charge that had reappeared in my account summary, googling it and finding out that I was not the only one to have this happen. I have emailed the customer service of FYE to demand my money back and advising them to train their associates to properly sell these cards.
