Scammed me!

I was contacted by phone at random and was given some information about a cash rewards program. Then they took my information and said they sent out a welcome package to review. I had 30 days to review it and cancel the membership if I was not interested. Well the time went by and I received no package in the mail.instead the had the nerve to charge me the monthly fee on my credit card. I cannot believe th4y would do such a thing without me even agreeing to anything. Now I cannot even reach them on the phone. It's constantly busy and I get dis-connected all the time. I even get put on HOLD for a considerably long period of time. I contacted my credit card company and had them dispute the charges. So now when I finally got through, they told me that the 30 day trial has expired and I had to pay the fee. This is an outrage, I told them I will refuse to pay and I was reporting them to the Consumer affairs immediately!!!
