Majic jack
No service renewal

Ought jack. 1 year service. Tried to renew it. Just get email stating that I can not buy a jack because of high demand and my order is canceled. I am not ordering a jack just renewal.
Chatted with customer service twice. Got the same result both times. Said my account was under review. Would not tell me what that meant. Told me they would get back to me. I asked again what " account is under review " means and they do not answer.

Sounds like consumer fraud to me. I did not buy enough add on services maybe? So no renewal for me.

I will continue to post bad reviews on this all over the net until something is done. I will also within the week report this to my attorney general if nothing is done.
