Reservation Rewards
Deducted money from my checking account without my authorization

I noticed on my bank statement last month that a WLI Reservation Rewards has deducted $7.00 from my account. I did not remember doing so, but didn't take any action.

This month the same deduction took place on the 7th of the month. I did some research online and discovered your website, describing something similar that had happened to other unsuspecting customers.

I went to the website and found a number to call. I reached customer service easily and asked them to close my account. I asked them when I had enrolled in their service. They indicated that when I had purchased something through drugstore.com I had joined their program. I remember giving information, but did not authorize a monthly debit. I thought it was a free program.

Evidently they got my debit card information through my purchase at drugstore.com. Consequently, I will not purchase anything thru drugstore.com again, even though I have been a loyal customer in the past. I thought I was safe!
