Miscellaneous

I googled Apple Computer to help me access my Yahoo e-mail account. They referred me to My Tech Help. The tech support person said they could find my "lost" e-mail contact, but they would need $139.99 for a year's 24/7 tech help. I put the money on my credit card. Tech Help found my missing Contacts and re-established my contact with the Yahoo account. The tech support person also recommended i change my e-mail account to Google (gmail). I did that. Two days later I could no longer contact my Yahoo account, or my Gmail. So I was in the same fix with which I began and $139.99 poorer. I gave My Tech Help a very negative evaluation, and have received no response from them. I believe they owe me $139.99 or a rebate to my Visa card. A friend, for no charge, helped me re-establish my access to Yahoo.com and all of my e-mail contacts, which he insisted was an easy process. Please contact My Tech Help for the $139.99 they owe me.
