Not provided with the goods ordered

I had placed an order for eye glasses. I recieved a parcel containing eye glasses but it was not what I had ordered. When I contacted the company they did accept that a wrong order was delivered to me but refused to re emberse me instead they wanted me to pay extra if i wanted what I had ordered I offered to return the goods but they are neither ready to refund me nor are they prepared to replace the goods.
Please help
