Products do not last&seams pull apart! - Colpac

Tried to contact by phone and initially was told that the product (cervical #1508) was not covered because of the manufacturer date. This was a replacement sent along with (over size #1512) upon receipt found opening box the inside was slightly wet and sticky-the seam was not pressed. Put to the side to contact Colpac - out of sight. However, I became overwhelmed with serious major events to contend with. When the #1508 seam had let lose, I had tried by phone to speak directly with them but the phone either rang without answer, called again it was busy or would ring once and drop. I had also sent a letter back in June & this was returned to sender-not deliverable as addressed-unable to forward. Phone # & address as shown on packing list and the internet. Tried again today phone gives busy signal. Physical therapy depts use these same products many times daily and don't have problems. Would appreciate speaking to CSR for product variations.
