Tried to contact by phone again after being told that (cervical #1508) was not covered because of the mfgr date. This was replacement sent with (oversize #1512). Upon receipt, this item was too heavy for my use & inside of box was slightly wet & sticky-found the seam was not pressed & leaking. Attempted to call Chattanooga & put to the side, out of sight. I had become overwhelmed with serious major events that had consumed my life & time. After the phone call & remembered the other item and tried to call Chattanooga Group back many times. The phone rang w/o answer, or gave a constant busy signal or it would ring once and drop call. I had sent a letter back in June-this was returned to sender-not deliverable as addressed-unable to forward. Address & phone # I used are same as on packing list and internet. Tried again, kept getting busy signal. Physical therapy depts use the same products many times daily & don't seem to have problems.iniatially, I had spoken with a CSR whose name I cant remember but the initials on the packing list was 'GRD'. She is an excellent, sincere, helpful person & if possible would you please have her contact me?! Thank You in advance for your consideration.
