Theif on Ebay tries to out-scam farmboy

This man sold my husband a turbo for his tractor on ebay. We got the turbo, and realized it was not what this man said it was. So after dealing with ebay and paypal, we ended up being told to send the turbo back to this man and he would have to give us back our money ($1000 to be exact). Well, we sent it, and even provided tracking information as we were told to do. We then received an email from this man saying he never got the turbo... Even though UPS says it was delivered to his front door!

So now, he has the turbo, and our money! What a thief!!! He will not respond to any emails and will not answer his telephone! This man is a con artist if I ever saw one.in fact, when we first paid for this item through paypal, he was mad at us because the money "went to his other ebay account" Obviously he really is a fraud!
