Taking Prescribed Risperidone for over 10 years (above year should be 1997)

Starting on Jan 16,1997 until march 31 I was prescribed and took Risperidone everyday.in I informed the Doctor that I was gainin Weight and wanted to stop medication, he stopped the medication then.

The following places were I was prescribed this medication by the Veterans Administration, I have all dates and years on refill from 1997 to 2009.
The following VAs precribed the medication:
McGuire VA at Richmond, VA
Fayetteville VA at Fayetteville, NC
Durham VA at Durham, NC (This is where the medication was stopped upon my request in 2009).
